Office Manager & FOH - Prime Real Estate Firm

We are seeking an Office Manager and FOH for a prime real estate firm who is expanding its reach in the UK, with an established office in the UAE.

As Office Manager and FOH, you will be the face of the company and first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will ensure the smooth day to day running of the office and provide general admin support and assistance to the Partners (4) when they are based in the UK.

Although the role will initially be based 5 days a week from the townhouse office in Mayfair, there may be the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week (on a Friday) once embedded and trust has developed.

Typical duties will include; helping to manage the building, ensuring the office is well maintained and resourced, dealing with suppliers and coordinating cleaners, overseeing meeting rooms, organising catering, typical reception and admin duties and assisting with events.
