Office Manager / Front of House – London

Join a global, multi-faceted security operations and risk management company in our high-performing London office. Our client is seeking an Office Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure a seamless experience for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities for the Office Manager:

  • Manage reception and act as the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Liaise with building services and security teams.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate internal events and support office administration.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For in an Office Manager

  • 2–3 years’ experience in office administration or management.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and naturally outgoing with excellent communication skills.
  • Exposure to HR processes is a plus.
  • Professional, client-facing demeanour and high integrity.

The Office Manager report to the EA to the COO & CEO and the COO directly.
