Hybrid PA To CEO - Interior Design
£45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
West London + 2 Days WFH
A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a superstar, career Personal Assistant to support the Founder/CEO of a luxury interior design company in West London.
Key PA Responsibilities
- Acting as main point of contact for the Founder and providing all administrative support to them
- Managing a back to back and ever changing diary
- Booking and management of all travel itineraries including flights, taxis, accommodation, conferences and restaurants, both work and private.
- Screen and respond to emails on the CEO’s behalf
- Supporting the CEO in responding to new business enquiries
- Organising networking and business development events hosted by the Director.
- Booking and managing meeting rooms: meeting preparation, assisting in the preparation of materials and collateral for Directors client meetings
- Completion of expenses and other ad-hoc responsibilities
- Ad hoc personal support
