Key Responsibilities:
- Full professional and personal diary and inbox management
- Coordination of meetings, travel, and events
- Supporting day-to-day business operations and ensuring workflow continuity
- Handling HR administration and liaising with internal departments
- Acting as a key liaison between the Founder and the broader team
- Managing priorities and shifting demands with grace, speed, and discretion
- Working independently with a high level of initiative and adaptability
- Five days in the office; 9am-6pm minimum
About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an PA supporting a senior executive or Founder
- Energetic, solutions-focused, and confident under pressure
- A natural multitasker who thrives in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
- High standards of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable being deeply involved in both business and operational matters
