Executive Assistant to the Founder – Tech Investment Venture

Salary: £35,000 + Benefits

Are you a sharp, proactive individual with a passion for tech, entrepreneurship, and impact-driven ventures? Our client is looking for Executive Assistant to support the dynamic founder of a US scale-up that’s making waves across health, climate, civic tech, and culture.

 

They are a fast-moving, mission-driven investment and venture-building firm that co-founds and scales bold companies alongside visionary entrepreneurs. Their team is lean, creative, and deeply committed to long-term impact. They operate at the intersection of innovation and purpose.

 The Role

This is a high-impact, hybrid position based in our West London office. You’ll be the right hand to our Silicon Valley–bred founder, known for launching multiple successful ventures. Your responsibilities will include:

  • 60–70% Founder Support:
    • Calendar management, meeting prep and follow-up
    • Tracking priorities and ensuring alignment
  • 20% Co-Investor Support
  • 20% Office Administration & Internal Ops
  • Investor and talent scheduling
  • Creative involvement in special projects

 The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised, emotionally intelligent, and detail-oriented
  • A graduate with a strong academic background
  • Familiar with the digital/tech world and drawn to entrepreneurial environments
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-context settings
  • Excited to grow within a multicultural, creative team
  • Fluent in additional languages (a plus, not essential)
