Personal PA to CEO - Investment & Private Equity

An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Personal PA to step into a senior-level role, supporting the CEO of an international investment firm, based in their discreet and professional office in Mayfair.

This is a 1:1 PA position, working closely with a highly intellectual and accomplished Principal. As his trusted PA, the bulk of the role is dealing with private matters, whilst liaising with colleagues in the company’s larger Dubai office, including outside standard office hours and at weekends.

We’re looking for a PA who is:

• Intelligent and articulate, with a sharp eye for detail
• Able to follow instructions precisely and work autonomously
• Confident in representing the CEO with absolute professionalism
• Flexible, proactive, and unflappable under pressure

PA duties will include:

• Travel and insurance arrangements
• Coordinating and liaising with lawyers and tax advisors
• Property management
• Organising bank and personal files
• Draft correspondence
• Knowledge of London restaurants and venues
