A HNW couple running a creative/design business are looking for a Private PA. The Private PA must be experienced in working for a private family, preferably with some household experience.
Based in a studio environment, the Private PA who will work alongside 2 other EAs who focus on the business side for each Principal and be based in their private office.
The Private PA will also make regular visits to their home nearby in West London and occasionally to the countryside.
Both Principals have extremely demanding professional lives and need their Private PA to oversee completely the running of their 3 homes, act as the main contact point between them and their team of domestic staff and also organise the lives of their 3 teenage children. Substantial prior Private PA experience in a similar role is essential as is confidentiality, confidence and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Some Flexibility in working hours required but not 24/7 cover. We appreciate every application but are unable to respond individually to everyone due to the high volumes we receive.
