Showroom Manager - interior design

We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and hands-on Showroom Manager to join a small, friendly team (5–10 people) at a successful interior design studio in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, natural leadership ability, and a genuine interest in interiors or design. This is a 5-days-a-week, fully office-based role - perfect for a Showroom Manager who loves being at the heart of a buzzing creative environment and thrives on keeping things running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom
• Leading and motivating a small team, including a junior staff member
• Greeting and assisting clients - acting as the face of the studio
• Overseeing sample management and presentation preparation
• Supporting the team with ad-hoc admin and coordination tasks
• Maintaining a tidy, organised, and inspiring showroom space

• Some creative or interiors-related experience or interest is ideal
