We are looking for a highly professional and discreet Concierge to support an UHNW family with a significant portfolio of luxury properties across London. This is a full-time, permanent role with seasonal variation in intensity - the summer months will be particularly busy and require full-time, hands-on support, while the winter months will typically be quieter, offering a more flexible, part-time working rhythm.
As the Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring all properties are immaculately maintained, whether the family is in residence or abroad. You will liaise closely with household staff and external contractors, ensuring every detail is taken care of to the highest standard.
When the family is in London, you’ll provide a fully bespoke concierge service – from coordinating household maintenance and specialist services to securing top-tier restaurant reservations, sourcing hard-to-get tickets, booking private chefs, organising medical appointments, and responding to a wide range of personal requests. During these periods, flexibility, responsiveness, and discretion are essential, as is a calm, composed manner and a deep understanding of high-end service.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable rotating between multiple London properties. A full UK driving licence is essential, and a company vehicle will be provided. You’ll divide your time between the residences and a central London office, with opportunities for remote work once trust is established and the role is fully understood.
