We are seeking an organised, proactive Office Manager to support the smooth running of a professional services environment. This Office Manager role is central to the efficiency of the business, responsible for maintaining a well-equipped and welcoming office, managing meeting rooms, supplies, IT equipment, calls, post and day-to-day operational needs. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end client onboarding process, monitor shared inboxes, support compliance and recruitment administration, and oversee supplier and contract management. In addition, the Office Manager will provide company secretarial support, minute board meetings, and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
The Office Manager will also be responsible organising team socials, internal events and company days, welcoming new starters, ensuring offboarding runs smoothly, and helping to build a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the Office Manager will also coordinate networking and client events throughout the year, including monthly gatherings and an annual showcase. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a blend of operations, coordination and people support.
