We are working with a private Family Office seeking an experienced EA to support a highly active Principal involved in venture investments and multiple business interests. This is a trusted, close-working role where the successful EA will operate as the Principal’s right-hand - helping to organise priorities, manage a fast-moving schedule and keep key initiatives progressing. The position goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities and offers exposure to venture activity, founders and investors. A genuine interest in AI and how it can be used to improve day-to-day productivity is essential. The Principal is keen to work with someone who is comfortable using AI tools for tasks such as research, drafting and summarising information, and who is curious about how new technologies are shaping businesses.
EA Responsibilities
- Overseeing a busy and constantly evolving schedule, inbox and communications.
- Arranging detailed international travel and managing complex itineraries.
- Preparing clear meeting notes, background briefings and travel packs.
- Monitoring actions and ensuring commitments and follow-ups are completed.
- Acting as a key point of contact for founders, investors and advisers.
- Assisting with venture-related administration including tracking opportunities and organising materials.
- Supporting occasional personal matters and small events where required.
- Making practical use of AI and digital tools to streamline research, drafting and organisation.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years’ experience supporting a senior executive, founder or UHNWI in a demanding environment.
- Highly organised with strong judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven experience coordinating international travel and logistics.
- Strong interest in AI and experience using AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Professional, discreet and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Strong digital skills and an openness to adopting new tools and systems.
