EA to MD + Strategic Ops - VC Fund

An established VC firm is launching its London office and is looking to hire an EA to support the Managing Partner, who will be relocating to London this summer. This is a unique opportunity to join the firm at an exciting stage of international expansion and play a key role in helping establish the London presence from the ground up. This is a meaty and varied EA role combining high-level EA support with operational and strategic involvement. You will work closely with the Managing Partner while also assisting with the setup of the new office.

Key EA responsibilities include:

• Complex diary, travel and meeting coordination for the Managing Partner
• Supporting the setup of the London office (office sourcing, suppliers, logistics)
• Assisting with relocation coordination and operational projects
• Liaising with international colleagues and supporting key meetings and events

This EA role will initially start remotely while office space is secured, moving to a hybrid structure in London once established. A preference for candidates who have supported senior executives in venture capital, private equity, or financial services. Start ideally within 4-6 weeks.
