We are working on an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join a dynamic and supportive HR team within a professional services environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting and enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle.

Working closely with the Head of HR, the successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and contributing to a positive employee experience. Key responsibilities will include managing the HR inbox and documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HR data across internal systems. You will also play a central role in policy documentation, employee reporting, and ad hoc HR project support.

This position would suit someone with previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment. A keen eye for detail, a calm and professional manner, and a strong sense of discretion are essential. You should be confident engaging with senior stakeholders, passionate about process and administration, and eager to deliver a high-quality, people-focussed service.
