An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly proactive and strategic EA to support the CEO/Founder of a dynamic tech start-up based in Amsterdam. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys operating as a true business partner. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive organisational effectiveness, and enable the CEO to remain focused on high-impact strategic priorities.
In this role, you will take ownership of complex executive support duties, from managing fast-moving, multi-time-zone calendars to preparing briefing materials, coordinating leadership meetings, and overseeing international travel. You will act as a central point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the business. The position also includes event planning responsibilities and, when required, aspects of private support such as personal travel coordination and household logistics.
