Are you looking for a long-term temporary administration role? Our client is looking for multiple reliable and proactive Admin Assistants to support it’s day-to-day operations. These administrative roles are ideal if you enjoy working with people, staying organised, and ensuring smooth administration. As an Admin Assistant you will be the key point of contact, managing appointments, paperwork, and communications to keep everything running efficiently.


About the Role:
Based from home, you will support scheduling and rescheduling of appointments, input data accurately into the database, follow up on forms, and assist with general administration. Accuracy, discretion, and a calm approach are essential. Training will be provided for handling sensitive calls and processes.


About You:
We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented individuals with strong Microsoft Word skills and a history of working in a client/customer focused role.
