Senior EA to Founder

  USA,
Permanent

£100,000 - £180,000

The UHNW Founder of a global boutique investment fund is looking to hire an outstanding Senior Executive Assistant to join the team in New York. This is an intense, highly demanding role where most days are work days, although the career rewards are gratifying, and offering the opportunity to be based in one of the world’s most dynamic cities. We’re looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive Senior EA who can act as a true force multiplier: streamlining communication across time zones, mastering complex logistics, and creating the structure that enables the Founder to operate at peak performance.

This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing EA with experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations; diary and inbox control, global travel planning, team coordination, and end-to-end logistics for meetings and events. The focus is elite-level administration, coordination, and flawless execution. You will be the Founder’s “air traffic controller,” ensuring his time, movements, and communications flow seamlessly across geographies. Success requires impeccable organisation, unwavering attention to detail, strong written communication, absolute discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they surface. The role is based in New York - non-negotiable - though hybrid working is possible. You must also be comfortable supporting a Founder whose schedule spans multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full calendar, diary, and inbox management
  • Global travel planning and detailed itinerary creation
  • Coordination across teams and international time zones
  • End-to-end logistics for meetings, events, and investor engagements
  • Acting as the “air traffic controller” for the Founder’s time, communications, and movements
  • Maintaining absolute discretion and handling sensitive information with care
  • Anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise

About You

  • Right to work in the USA or willingness to relocate and manage the associated administration
  • Experience working 1:1 for a UHNW; high-profile personally or professionally
  • Exceptionally organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to stay ahead in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Calm, confident, and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Comfortable supporting a Founder who divides his time across multiple global locations
