This is a hugely exciting opportunity for an immediately available Temporary Executive Assistant who could come in and hit the ground running.

Temporary Executive Assistant role Overview:

  • Position: Temporary Executive Assistant to CEO
  • Location: Soho office (4 days in-office / 1 day WFH)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm (with flexibility)
  • Duration: Temporary role to start ASAP

What You'll Do:

  • Masterfully coordinate a complex diary, appointments, and travel for the CEO.
  • Engage with VIP clients and senior individuals, managing communications and meetings.
  • Draft and proofread emails, biographies, press releases, and presentations.
  • Organise personal and business travel, handling itineraries with precision.
  • Support internal meetings, company events, and manage office operations.

What They’re Looking For in this Temporary Executive Assistant role: 

  • Proven experience supporting a CEO in an international, high-energy setting.
  • Superb organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Mac proficiency).
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
