A well-known founder and investor with a large public platform are hiring a Personal Assistant to work alongside them in London. The role is an even split roughly half personal and operational support, half social and content support. Both matter, and the right person moves between them without dropping either.
Key Duties for the PA:
- Calendar, travel, meeting coordination, and inbox triage
- Errands, household coordination, tiny dog care, and the small logistics that eat a day
- Staying ahead of the moving parts so nothing slips
- Scheduling and organizing content across Substack and social, and tracking what's posting when
- Light editing of short-form video for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, or coordinating with those who do
- Light research, sourcing references, and pulling material together so content ships faster
- Managing assets, drafts, and the back-and-forth that comes with brand partnership
- Running various personal errands
The Ideal PA:
- Happy to work from the Principal's home in Belsize Park 5 days a week
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and professional.
- Calm under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset
- Emotionally intelligent with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and willing to go above and beyond when required.
- Naturally organised with a high level of initiative.
- Experience with publishing content on Instagram, TikTok, and Substack
- Familiar with using Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT and Claude
- Experience in G-Suite: Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
