We have an incredibly exciting business PA for one of our luxury fashion brands. Based in stunning central London offices, this 1:1 creative PA, will be high profile within the business and will support their Creative Director. To be considered for this highly sought after PA position, you need to have worked within a similar fast paced, creative/luxury environment, have high energy and a real can do attitude. As much as this will be a challenging PA position, it will be rewarding and offer you fantastic experience within an iconic, global fashion house. Typical PA duties will include, managing a fast and ever changing diary, international travel management, liaising closely with his private PA, preparation of corporate documentation, attending meetings, gatekeeping and being a focal point for internal and external stakeholders.
Some travel will be required and ideally you will have a minimum of 4 years senior PA experience within a corporate Head office of a luxury brand.
Extremely competitive salary, 25 days holiday, clothing allowance, private health care, generous pension, core hours 9-5.30pm but flexibility is essential.
