We are working on an exciting EA role supporting the founder/CEO of a boutique fashion PR agency. Based in lovely Mayfair offices, we are looking for a confident and highly organised EA who can really make this EA role their own. This fun and rewarding EA role will allow you full autonomy whilst remaining a key member of the team, and requires someone who loves fashion as well supporting an extremely busy CEO who is LA based. This challenging EA role requires you to wear many hats, keep lots of plates spinning at the same time, thrive in a fast paced and creative environment whilst always remaining one step ahead of your boss with a clear head. EA duties will include managing your boss’s hectic diary and emails, scheduling internal meetings and zoom calls, event management including summer/Christmas party and quarterly away days + social company events, international travel management, some private support, co-ordinating company finances, HR administration and ad hoc project work. The successful EA will have worked within a similar environment/role for a minimum of 2 years, have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and resourceful, with strong attention to detail and have a real desire to succeed.
Core office hours are Monday to Friday – 10am – 6.30pm, the CEO is currently based in LA so their core hours are 2pm – 6pm. A work-life balance is respected, however there will need to be some flexibility to support out of hours if required.
