We are seeking a confident and professional EA & Events Co-ordinator for a well-established finance firm, to cover a 12 month Maternity Leave.
Based 4 days a week from a smart office in Central London, you will provide high-level business assistance and events support for a well-respected CEO who is mainly UK based.
Acting as the CEO’s trusted partner, ambassador, key point of coordination and his eyes and ears of the office, you will help to maintain communication flow, organisation, and culture across the team, in addition to supporting client and internal events.
The ideal candidate will have EA and events experience, ideally from a banking/finance background who understands the pace required. You will be well presented, confident, proactive and discreet with a positive, can-do attitude. You will have excellent communication skills (oral and written), attention to detail, strong inbox management skills and competency with Excel.
The role offers 1 day remote working and a 2 month completion bonus.
