We have taken a fantastic new brief for a tech and AI savvy Remote first Part-Time EA to support a charming Founder/CEO of a pioneering maritime engineering company who is based between Brighton and an office in Southampton.
Supporting in a business and private capacity, responsibilities will include meeting coordination, travel arrangement, expense management, board meeting coordination, events organisation (such as investor dinners and team events), finance administration, HR support (in liaison with an external HR provider) and private support, including assisting with an Air BnB.
The CEO is seeking approximately 20 hours/2 days a week remote support initially (flexibility with hours), although there is the potential for this role to grow into more of a full-time position and for in person support opportunities from the office in Southampton.
The role would suit someone with previous EA experience supporting founders or senior executives within a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, commercial awareness, and confidence using AI tools, who enjoys a broad and varied role.
As a new EA hire, this is a great opportunity to grow and mould the role around the principal.
