A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an immediately available candidate who thrives working in a fast pace, ever changing environment. It is a 6 month EA contract to support 4 Execs for a global US owned software company. Hybrid working.
Key Duties for the EA
- All aspects of diary management / organisation of meetings and conference calls
- Organising UK and international business travel
- Arranging board & other meetings and ensuring documentation is issued on time
- Production of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents
- Preparing expense claims for investment team members
- Maintaining the integrity of the data within the CRM database
- Liaising with outsourced IT provider to resolve IT problems/queries for team members
- Dealing with telephone, email and general enquiries ensuring that appropriate messages are relayed, or action is taken
- To support and provide cover for the other Team PAs as and when required, ensuring that the office is staffed and phones are covered at all times
- Photocopying/scanning/ document binding and filing (including archiving)
- Ad hoc administrative duties that may be requested by team as and when required
