A high-growth retail media and technology business is seeking an experienced EA to join on a temporary basis from early April, with strong potential to go permanent. The company is well-established in the US and now expanding across UK + Europe offering a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a true start-up feel and is now hiring for an EA to support its operations. This EA role is primarily remote , with in-person attendance required every 2–3 weeks for team and client events.

The EA/Salesforce Management Role

A varied position supporting senior leadership, combining EA/PA duties with Salesforce/CRM and operational support. The VP is a highly regarded, empathetic leader who is known for developing their team and fostering a positive, collaborative culture. 

Key EA Responsibilities:

  • Provide EA support to the VP and Sales Director, including diary management, international travel coordination (Europe & US), liaising with international offices and clients, and document/report preparation
  • Coordinate client and internal events across UK and Europe, managing logistics and liaising with international teams and vendors
  • Support office operations and employee experience, including general administrative support and assisting with an upcoming office move
  • Manage and optimise Salesforce/CRM, including consolidating data, maintaining system accuracy, and producing reports
  • Assist in implementing processes and improving systems as the business grows

Ideal EA/Salesforce Management Candidate 

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an EA/PA within a sales environment, ideally within tech or a start-up 
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a must 
  • Available immediately 
  • Easily commutable to London, City for events as needed 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident working across international teams and coordinating events
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
