Executive Assistant - Founder and Professional - Social Enterprise

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a successful and fast-growing business, who also maintains a busy professional career. This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting both business and personal matters, requiring someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities, stay one step ahead, and work with minimal direction. The EA role is based between Canary Wharf and Central London, with occasional European travel and attendance to after hour events as required.

Key EA Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management across multiple businesses and commitments
  • Inbox and email management
  • Coordinating complex UK and international travel
  • Preparing reports, presentations and meeting materials
  • Managing projects and following up on actions
  • Supporting events, networking commitments and business meetings
  • Providing personal assistance where required (approximately 20% of the role)
  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders and suppliers
  • Ensuring the Principal's schedule and day-to-day operations run seamlessly

The Ideal EA 

  • Minimum of 5 years' Executive Assistant experience
  • Exceptional diary management skills with experience managing multiple calendars
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Naturally proactive, resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Professional, discreet and trustworthy
  • Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to travel within the UK and Europe when required
  • A full UK driving licence and French/Spanish speaker advantageous
