Confident, resourceful and adaptable? We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and discreet Private Household Personal Assistant to support an UHNW couple with the day-to-day management of their personal administration, household operations, and executive support requirements. Working closely with the female Principal, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination of the family's personal affairs. This is a varied and rewarding position requiring exceptional organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. It is essential that this person takes pride in delivering exceptional support, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs seamlessly. You'll be highly dependable, solutions-focused, and committed to providing first-class service in a private household environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Personal Support

  • Manage complex personal and family diaries, appointments, and schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, personal commitments, and family engagements.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, briefing documents, and meeting materials.
  • Manage reminders, follow-ups, and action tracking.
  • Proactively prioritise competing demands and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Household Management

  • Act as the central point of coordination for the day-to-day running of the household.
  • Liaise with household staff and external service providers to ensure the efficient completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate household maintenance, servicing, and contractor visits.
  • Manage household calendars and planned works across multiple properties where applicable.
  • Support household projects, refurbishments, and property improvements.
  • Maintain household documentation, including warranties, manuals, and service records.
  • Coordinate deliveries, collections, and household logistics.

Administration & Family Office Support

  • Maintain confidential records and documentation.
  • Process expenses and support accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Assist with budget monitoring, expenditure reporting, and invoice management.
  • Ensure requests are communicated clearly and completed efficiently.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and monitor outstanding actions to completion.
  • Liaise with accountants, solicitors, insurers, suppliers, and other professional advisers.
  • Coordinate insurance renewals, memberships, and household subscriptions.
  • Support family office administration and a variety of ad hoc projects.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience supporting a UHNW individual, family, executive, or family office.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Absolute discretion with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Calm and professional under pressure, with the ability to prioritise changing demands.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel when required.
