A well-established professional services firm in Central London is seeking a polished and proactive Office Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of their busy office on a 6-month FTC.

This role has arisen due to a recent team restructure, and they are looking for someone who can step in quickly to provide reliable front of house and office coordination support.

Key Office Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and suppliers
  • Managing meeting rooms, bookings and office schedules
  • Handling incoming calls, post and deliveries
  • Coordinating office supplies and liaising with vendors
  • Supporting facilities management and building coordination
  • Assisting with internal meetings and team events
  • Providing general administrative and office support

The ideal Office Coordinator will:

  • Have 3+ years experience as an Office Coordinator, Receptionist or Team Assistant
  • Be professional, personable and highly organised
  • Have experience working within a professional services environment (preferred)
  • Be confident managing a busy front-of-house function
  • Be available for an immediate start
