Our client is a well-established, privately owned commercial property company with a portfolio of office buildings across Central London and the South-East. We are seeking a proactive, personable and highly organised individual to support their Asset Management team in the day-to-day operation of our London office portfolio. Based primarily at one of our managed office buildings in W1, this varied and hands-on role combines front-of-house responsibilities, tenant engagement, property presentation, office management and administrative support. You will also and the benefit of being out and about around the city, visiting other properties across their London portfolio as required.

This position would suit someone who enjoys meeting people, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is comfortable taking ownership of a wide range of tasks. Previous property experience is not essential, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn is!

Responsibilities : 

Tenant & Front of House Services

  • Act as the main front-of-house presence within our managed office building.
  • Build positive relationships with tenants and assist with day-to-day enquiries.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate usage across sites.
  • Sort and distribute incoming post.
  • Refill coffee machines and manage refreshments and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date building management records.
  • Help create a welcoming and professional environment for tenants and visitors.

Property Management Support

  • Monitor the presentation and appearance of all properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
  • Report maintenance, decoration and repair issues to the Asset Management team.
  • Purchase consumables and supplies for communal areas as required.
  • Introduce small improvements and enhancements to communal spaces to improve the tenant experience.
  • Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of each property.

Marketing & Lettings Support

  • Support marketing activities for available office space.
  • Ensure vacant suites remain clean, presentable and ready for viewings at all times.
  • Assist with sourcing furnishings, accessories and other items to enhance property presentation.
  • Provide practical support to the Asset Management team during lettings activity.

Office Management

  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the London team office.
  • Maintain office supplies, refreshments and snacks.
  • Manage key storage and access systems.
  • Ensure the office remains tidy, organised and presentable at all times.

General Support

  • Act as a flexible and dependable member of the team, providing support across the London portfolio as required.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and operational tasks.
