On behalf of our client we're looking for an organised, proactive and experienced Personal Assistant to join their CEO Office. Working closely with the Executive Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day running of the Co-Founders' business and personal administration, ensuring priorities, diaries and logistics run seamlessly. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing startups, working closely with two founders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll play an integral role within the CEO Office, providing exceptional day-to-day support while helping the Executive Assistant deliver a seamless experience across both business and personal priorities.
Key duties for the PA
- Manage the day-to-day calendars of the Co-Founders, confidently scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, coordinating meeting logistics and resolving diary conflicts.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation and transport, preparing detailed itineraries and managing last-minute changes.
- Support the Executive Assistant with CEO Office administration and business projects.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes where required and track follow-up actions.
- Draft correspondence, presentations and other business documents.
- Process expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Support the planning and delivery of company events, leadership meetings and off-sites
- Provide general administrative support to the Executive Assistant and CEO Office.
- Coordinate personal appointments and diary commitments.
- Book personal travel, restaurants and reservations.
- Assist with gift purchasing and special occasions.
- Help coordinate family logistics and personal errands.
- Provide administrative support across a variety of personal projects.

- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline administrative tasks and continuously find smarter ways of working.
- At least 5 years' experience in a Personal Assistant, Office Assistant or Team Assistant role.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs and Sheets).
- Able to use initiative, prioritise competing demands and work independently.
