On behalf of our client, we are looking for a tech savvy, self starter PA to support a Founder of an online menswear clothing brand. You will provide support to the Principal in a business capacity with some personal duties too. Ideally you will have experience using shopify. Hybrid working - 1 to 2 days based in Shoreditch.
Key Duties for the PA:
- Act as a trusted partner to the Principal helping to prioritise business needs, strategic initiatives and key opportunities.
- Diary, calendar, and schedule management across multiple time zones.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, reservations, and itineraries.
- Coordinating detailed international and domestic travel arrangements
- Shopify order administration
- Customer support email management
- Instagram customer messages
- Returns and exchanges administration
- Inventory updates and stock tracking
- Data entry and spreadsheet management
- General business administration and organisation
- Assisting with projects and operational tasks as the business grows
- Ad-hoc assistance with personal tasks for the Principal
The Ideal PA:
- Experience using Shopify
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptionally high standards of execution.
- Highly numerate and confident using Excel, PowerPoint and business reporting tools.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Gravitas and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong judgement, initiative and solutions-focused attitude.
- Demonstrated experience of handling highly confidential information.
- Flexible, resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
