A lovely boutique guesthouse and property management firm is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly and collaborative team. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity based 3 days per week on site in Clapham.
The Property Manager role will involve overseeing the day-to-day running of multiple guest house sites, including managing staff and rotas, maintaining operational processes, liaising with guests, handling customer feedback, and ensuring a high standard of service throughout. The Property Manager will also work closely with Head Office on recruitment, training, business development initiatives, and improving overall operational performance and guest experience.
We are looking for a Property Manager with at least 10-15 years’ PA/EA experience, ideally within hospitality, property, or a client-facing environment, who is highly organised, proactive, and confident managing a varied role within a busy, people-focused setting.
