A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Virtual Assistant to support a private principal and his family. Based in Bali, the principal leads a dynamic international lifestyle between Bali, Dubai and the South of France, requiring a proactive Virtual Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
This is a varied and interesting role for a polished Virtual Assistant who enjoys managing complex personal administration, coordinating family logistics and acting as a trusted right hand. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the principal's family life, travel arrangements and property-related matters across multiple locations.
This part-time Virtual Assistant role will see you providing comprehensive support to the principal and his family, including his three daughters. You will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring all personal, family and lifestyle matters are handled efficiently and discreetly.
Key Virtual Assistant Responsibilities include:
- Extensive diary and lifestyle management for the principal
- Coordinating international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transfers and itineraries
- Restaurant bookings and reservations worldwide
- Assisting with the relocation of the principal's daughter from Dubai to Bali
- Overseeing arrangements relating to the principal's youngest daughter, including schooling, extracurricular activities and clubs
- Acting as a liaison between the family and chalet staff during periods of travel and holidays
- Managing personal administration and ongoing family projects
- Supporting with household and property-related matters across multiple locations
- Assisting with the management of a Dubai property portfolio
The Ideal Virtual Assistant must have:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting HNW or UHNW individuals
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
- Experience coordinating complex international travel
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a highly proactive approach
- The ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional, polished and highly discreet approach
- A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and requirements
- Proven experience supporting the personal, family and lifestyle needs of a HNW or UHNW individual at a senior level
- Previous property management experience would be highly advantageous
