A high-profile London-based couple is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide seamless support across their busy personal and professional lives. This is a full-time role split between the family’s London residence and remote working from home, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic household.
The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised, discreet, and emotionally intelligent, with a naturally positive approach and outstanding communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple applications is essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and calm professionalism.
The role will involve overseeing complex diaries and calendars for both principals and dependants, coordinating meetings, appointments, and day-to-day schedules with precision. You will work closely with the principals’ professional team to ensure smooth logistics, prompt communication, and effective handling of requests. International and domestic travel arrangements, including transport, accommodation, and security, will also form a key part of the position.
The Personal Assistant will oversee several properties on behalf of the principals, liaising regularly with House Managers, agents, and external contractors to ensure everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities will also include assisting with personal finances, managing invoices and bills, and maintaining accurate records for memberships, direct debits, and important documentation.
In addition, the role will involve organising family events and celebrations, from intimate gatherings to larger-scale occasions, while also managing and supporting the household team, including recruitment and onboarding where required. Oversight of payroll, pensions, and HR matters will be expected, with support from an external HR provider.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted liaison with the principals’ legal and financial advisers, while also coordinating personal healthcare appointments, insurance claims, and family-related administration. A willingness to assist with errands, ad-hoc tasks, and deadline management is essential.
