Our client, a highly successful boutique private equity firm headquartered in the US, is seeking an excellent EA to support one of their Partners in their London office. Based out of smart Mayfair offices, this EA role is predominantly business, but naturally at this level, there might be some crossover with private as well. This is a challenging and fast paced EA role, requiring someone who can think on their feet, have a keen eye for detail and be one step ahead at all times. The successful EA must be able to work autonomously as occasionally, when the principal is travelling, they will be the sole responsibility in the office. Typical EA duties will include but not be limited to; diary management, extensive travel, collating itineraries, managing multiple projects simultaneously and successfully meet deadlines, safeguarding confidential information, researching and preparing reports, and processing expenses.
Candidates must have 5+ years EA experience, a boutique professional services background is a bonus. Core working hours are 9am – 5.30pm. There will be minimal after-hours support required and the flexibility to work from home 1 day/week.
