We are working with a leading financial services firm based in the heart of the City, who are looking for an experienced and highly organised EA to support their CEO on a 12-month maternity contract. With flexibility to work from home, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s life. The company has a reputation for excellence within the industry, and a collaborative and supportive culture. You will act as a gatekeeper to the CEO and ensure that his schedule runs like clockwork. This busy and varied role will suit an EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment yet remains calm under pressure and has the ability to multi-task and prioritise. Typical EA duties will include:

  • Detailed inbox management
  • Extensive diary management, co-ordinating and organising internal and external meetings
  • Co-ordinating travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodation and putting together travel itineraries
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations for meetings and seminars
  • Organising and preparing papers and reports for meetings
  • Processing expenses
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, and being first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders wishing to contact the CEO

The successful candidate must have experience supporting at C-Suite level within financial or professional services.
