We are working with a leading financial services firm to find a high-calibre EA to support 2 C-suite executives based in Central London. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role suited to a driven and ambitious EA who thrives in a high-performing environment and enjoys operating at the centre of decision-making.
Working closely with the executives, the EA will act as a strategic partner - bringing structure, pace and clarity to exceptionally busy schedules. This is a role for an EA who is proactive, solutions-focussed and confident managing competing demands at the highest level. You will be expected to anticipate needs, streamline processes and ensure the smooth running of both business and personal priorities.
The role is primarily office-based, with flexibility to work remotely when the executives are travelling. A strong interest in AI and emerging technologies is essential. The executive is keen to work with an EA who actively leverages AI tools to enhance productivity, improve workflows and support more efficient ways of working across the day-to-day.
