We’re working with a high-growth, globally recognised beauty brand to hire a Chief of Staff on a 12-month FTC. This Chief of Staff position is a central, high-impact role focussed on bringing clarity to priorities, driving alignment across the business, and maintaining momentum behind key strategic initiatives. As Chief of Staff, you’ll sit at the heart of decision-making - shaping thinking, connecting the dots across teams, and ensuring nothing gets lost between strategy and execution. The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in keeping leadership focussed, informed, and moving at pace, while also getting involved in a range of commercially important projects.
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff who has experience working closely with senior leadership, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Someone who is commercially minded, with strong commercial experience and a clear understanding of business performance and priorities is essential. You’ll be organised, sharp, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, with strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
