We’re working with a dynamic and growing financial PR agency to find a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant with 1-2 years’ experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to build their career within financial/professional services. The Team Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team, providing essential administrative and operational support. This opportunity will suit a candidate looking for a role where you can make an impact and grow within a supportive and energetic environment.

Typical Team Assistant Duties:

  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Supporting internal and client events
  • Assisting with general team administration
  • Acting as a central point of coordination across the team

About You:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or team support role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
