An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA to join a highly successful and rapidly expanding private equity firm. Based in stunning modern offices in Central London, this pivotal role supporting the CFO across both business and private, whilst also providing occasional support to other senior stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, highly involved EA role requiring a proactive and commercially astute EA who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being a true right hand. The position offers significant scope, autonomy and long-term opportunity within an ambitious and collaborative business.
EA responsibilities will include complex diary and inbox management, coordinating demanding and ever-changing schedules, preparing research and documentation for meetings, and organising extensive international travel with detailed itineraries. You will oversee expense management, handle confidential private PA support for the CFO, assist with ad hoc projects, and act as a key gatekeeper and liaison both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will have 5-10 years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services or professional services environments. This EA will be highly organised, emotionally intelligent, polished and resilient, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. A proactive, solutions-focussed approach and strong relationship-building skills are essential.
