EA to Founder - Boutique Investment Firm

We are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful boutique investment firm in Dubai to recruit an exceptional EA to support its Founder. This is a business focussed role (85%) with ad hoc private support (15%).  CANDIDATES MUST ALREADY BE BASED IN DUBAI. Based in the firm's stunning Dubai office, this role is ideal for an ambitious, proactive EA who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being at the heart of a growing business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Extensive and ever-changing diary management.
• Coordinating complex international travel and itineraries.
• Managing and prioritising the Founder's correspondence.
• Preparing agendas, attending meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points.
• Liaising confidently with investors, advisers and senior stakeholders.
• Preparing presentations, reports and investment-related documentation.
• Supporting business operations and assisting with strategic projects.
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies.
• Providing ad hoc personal support to the Founder when required.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as an EA supporting an entrepreneur, Founder or C-suite executive within a fast-paced environment such as investment, private equity, venture capital, finance, family office or a high-growth business. You will be highly organised, commercially aware, discreet and resourceful, with excellent judgement and the confidence to work autonomously.
