We are very excited to be working on a fantastic new EA role for a highly successful and growing consultancy firm. Joining the business at an exciting stage of its development, you will be part of a dynamic, energetic and ambitious team, making this a brilliant opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career. We are looking for an EA who is highly organised, detail-orientated and confident managing multiple priorities.
Working closely with senior team members across a number of active search mandates, you will help keep schedules, projects, client work and deadlines running smoothly. This EA role also offers a great opportunity for someone genuinely interested in AI and how it can improve ways of working. You will be encouraged to use this across scheduling, coordination, proposals and research, as well as proactively identifying ways AI can streamline processes and remove manual work.
The ideal EA will have around 2-6 years’ relevant experience, ideally within executive search, professional services or another fast-paced corporate environment. You will be proactive, polished and client-focussed, with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do approach.
Benefits include hybrid working, unlimited holiday, health insurance, and pension.
