Senior Private Residence Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Private Residence Manager to lead the management of a portfolio of super-prime private residences. Combining technical property expertise with exceptional client service, you will oversee operations, compliance, maintenance, projects, budgets and supplier relationships, ensuring each residence is maintained to the highest standard and tailored to the needs of UHNW principals and their families.

Working closely with clients, family offices and advisers, you will provide trusted guidance, lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence across a growing portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Significant experience managing prime or super-prime residential assets, private households or family office portfolios
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property, M&E systems, capital projects and compliance
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Confidence working with UHNW individuals, family offices and professional advisers
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, discreet and solutions-focused approach
