We are looking for an accomplished recruiter with a proven track record of developing client relationships, winning new business and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building and developing your own client portfolio. You will work with high-calibre candidates and prestigious clients, providing a consultative and tailored service throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of new and existing clients.
- Business development through networking, referrals and relationship building.
- Taking detailed client briefs and advising on recruitment strategy and market insights.
- Sourcing, interviewing and assessing high-calibre candidates.
- Managing the full interview process from shortlist through to offer negotiation and placement.
- Providing exceptional candidate care and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Negotiating offers, managing resignations and supporting successful onboarding.
- Representing Oriel Partners with professionalism, discretion and integrity at all times.
About You
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a strong billing history.
- Demonstrable success in business development and client relationship management.
- A confident communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by success.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and executive-level candidates.
- Proactive, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding client and candidate experience.
