An exciting fast-growing start-up based in Central London is looking for a proactive Temporary Office Manager during a busy period of growth.

The company has recently expanded its London team and is seeking someone organised and hands-on to ensure the office runs smoothly while they recruit for a permanent hire.

This is an ongoing temporary role starting ASAP, expected to run for around 2–3 months. There is a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent if it proves to be a strong fit for both sides

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations
  • Ordering supplies and coordinating office vendors
  • Greeting visitors and overseeing reception
  • Supporting team events and social activities
  • Liaising with IT, building management and suppliers
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Senior Team Assistant
  • Highly organised, pro-active and personable
  • Available Immediately 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Happy to take initiative and “muck in” where needed
