An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide immediate support to the CEO of a luxury retail business based in Mayfair. This is a fast-paced and highly rewarding temporary assignment, supporting a dynamic CEO while the permanent search is underway, with the potential to become a permanent opportunity for the right person. Working in a small, collaborative office, you will be the CEO's trusted right hand, providing seamless business support across a varied and demanding workload. This role is office-based 4–5 days per week.
Must be available to start immediately.
Key Duties for the Executive Assistant
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing priorities, strategic initiatives and day-to-day business support.
- Manage a complex diary, coordinating meetings and preparing briefing documents and presentations.
- Arrange extensive international travel, itineraries, visas and logistics.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions.
- Support key business projects, product launches and international brand events, including Cannes.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage expenses, budgets and assist with improving operational efficiency.
- Oversee office and facilities management.
- Liaise with the external HR provider and support people-related initiatives.
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion.
- Provide occasional personal support to the CEO.
The Ideal Executive Assistant
- Previous experience supporting a Founder, CEO or senior executive.
- Experience within luxury retail, consumer or entrepreneurial businesses is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.
- Professional, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
