We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a highly accomplished entrepreneur and practising barrister during an upcoming festival in Cannes.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring a confident, proactive individual who can anticipate needs, think on their feet and operate effectively in a high-profile environment. You will be travelling with the principal and her team, supporting a busy schedule of networking events, brand activations, client meetings and hospitality engagements throughout the festival.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full diary and schedule coordination during the festival
  • Managing last-minute changes, logistics and competing priorities
  • Supporting the principal at networking events, receptions and brand activations
  • Acting as a key point of contact for guests, partners and stakeholders
  • Coordinating travel, transportation and venue arrangements
  • Providing on-the-ground event support across multiple locations
  • Managing communications, emails and follow-up actions
  • Ensuring the principal remains organised, briefed and prepared throughout the week
  • Handling ad hoc requests and troubleshooting in real time

The Ideal EA

  • Previous Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant  experience
  • Strong events, hospitality, VIP or conference support experience
  • Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial or high-pressure environments
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Confident liaising with senior stakeholders and high-profile individuals
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing multiple communication channels
  • Available to travel to Cannes from 20–26 June
  • Flexible regarding working hours during the festival period
  • French or Spanish Speaker ideal

The principal is a practising barrister and founder of a rapidly growing specialist coffee business with a strong social impact mission, supplying premium products to major retailers, sports organisations and high-profile clients. She is looking for a resourceful, ambitious and personable assistant who can provide exceptional support during this upcoming festival, with the possibility of joining the business permanently thereafter as her trusted EA if it is the right fit on both sides.
