A Creative Agency based in East London is seeking an experienced Temporary Office Manager to provide cover during a team member's extended summer holiday. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Office Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and can quickly become the go-to person in the office.
As the Temporary Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office during a busy period. Duties will include managing suppliers and facilities, coordinating meeting rooms, overseeing office maintenance issues, ordering supplies, liaising with building management, supporting employee onboarding, organising team events, and assisting with general office administration. You will also act as a key point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a seamless office experience for the wider team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Coordinator or Office Coordinator within a corporate environment. You will be highly organised, proactive and confident working independently, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships across the business. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
This is a 8-week temporary Office Manager role in London commencing in August to cover a planned holiday period. The successful candidate will receive a thorough handover before the assignment begins, allowing them to hit the ground running and provide seamless support throughout the cover period.
