Based between London, New York and other international locations, the Principal operates at the highest levels of business, regularly engaging with senior executives, influential stakeholders, policymakers and world leaders.

This is a rare Executive Assistant opportunity to become a trusted right hand to a dynamic and high-profile Principal whose schedule spans multiple countries, industries and time zones. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of an exceptionally demanding international business agenda.

The role requires a highly capable, commercially astute Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys operating at the centre of major business activity and is energised by complex challenges, international travel and a constantly evolving workload.

Executive Assistant requirements

• Must hold a valid US passport.
• Significant Executive Assistant experience supporting a UHNW entrepreneur, CEO, Founder or business leader.
• Proven track record managing complex international schedules, logistics and business priorities across multiple time zones.
• Experience coordinating high-level meetings, events and engagements involving senior business leaders, government officials and global stakeholders.
• Exceptional judgement, discretion and ability to operate confidently in high-profile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at the most senior levels.
• Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
• Commercially minded, resourceful and solutions-focused.
• Able to remain calm and effective under pressure whilst managing competing priorities.
• London-based with flexibility to travel extensively, often at short notice.
• Absolute commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and excellence.
