Our Recruitment Process For Clients

Prior to us even meeting a candidate, they will have had a thorough telephone screening with one of our consultants. If successful, the candidate will then be invited into our London based office where a competency led interview will take place. This is our opportunity to not only assess the candidates' capabilities and experience, but also understand their motives, whilst gaining a true insight into their personality. When selecting candidates for a particular role, this is done through individual assessment by consultants rather than searching through a database, to ensure the 'fit' is right which is so imperative to the success of any introduction.

Our recruitment service does not stop there, after the successful candidate has started, we do everything to ensure that the onboarding process goes as seamlessly as possible and can further advise on salaries / packages, employment contracts and current market trends.

From initial brief, to sourcing your perfect candidate we can work as quickly as you need us to. We can also provide a temporary candidate should you wish to have interim cover to ensure a smooth transition from one assistant to another.
