This is a part-time role (either 3 or 4 days/week) - it is highly likely this role would be extended so they would be looking for someone who would like this role longer term. 

This is hugely exciting role with a lot of potential for progression 

Looking for an Administrator with strong admin experience for a the busy office of an extremely impressive and well-regarded individual.

This is a 6-month contract position and is an all-encompassing role. The duties of this Administrator role involve correspondence, calendar management, research, filing and admin, scheduling meetings, events and projects.

  1. Assisting with diary and event management. 
  2. Managing and responding to requests and correspondence. 
  3. Collating and printing documents and creating efficient filing systems. 
  4. Administrative support across all ad hoc projects. 
  5. Managing all office and stationery requirements. 

The ideal candidate for this Administrator role will be/have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised, strong administrative skills
  • Calm, capable, self-sufficient, and quietly confident
  • Strong attention to detail and common sense
  • Proactive, willing to muck in when needed 
  • Possess relevant experience in a boutique working environment.

This Administrator  role would work as either a 3-day or a  4-day week depending on the candidate’s requirements.

There is great potential for this Administrator role to develop for the right person.
